What We Do

The Georgia Division serves over 300 non-profit service organizations each month.  These organizations are located in 49 different counties in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Kentucky and Alabama. Throughout the month, individuals and small groups volunteer their time by repackaging food product, supporting warehouse operations, and providing administrative support. Eight days each month, non-profit agencies arrive at our warehouse on “Load Out” day to pick up food products.  We need at least 50 volunteers on load out days to help us Share the Blessings.  If you would like to volunteer, contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Danielle Biggs at:  dbiggs@midwestfoodbank.org, or call the office: (770) 486-1103.
